I'm not good with computers. Is Kleida for me?
Yes. That's exactly who we built it for. We set everything up with you and stay with you until you're comfortable.
Why do you approve each B&B?
Kleida is in beta, and we set up every B&B personally. Welcoming a few at a time means everyone gets proper help.
What counts as a room?
Each room or house that guests book separately. A B&B with 4 guest rooms pays €59 a month, whatever the season.
Can I keep my website address?
Yes. We help you move your current address to Kleida, along with your photos and room descriptions.
Does it work with Airbnb and Booking.com?
Yes. Kleida connects to their calendars, so a night booked in one place shows as taken everywhere. Airbnb guest messages arrive in your Kleida inbox too.
How do guests pay?
By card when they book, or by bank transfer if you prefer. Take the full amount up front, or a deposit with an automatic reminder before the balance is due.
Are my guests' details safe?
Every B&B gets its own private Kleida. Your guests' details are never mixed with another business's.
